Lead Pastor of Thrive Church

Judah and his wife Carey have been serving people through ministry for over 20 years. Any role you could think of, they’ve served. From kids ministry, to band, to acting, to tech, to greeting, to teaching and the list goes on and on! They have a heart to serve people in whatever capacity they can.

When God called them to start Thrive Church in 2014, they were faithful to follow His leading even though it took them to strange places, like a bowling alley in Thomaston, CT for a bit. They trusted God to make a way. Now few years later, Thrive has grown to 3 campuses in the towns of Terryville, Torrington and New Britain.

Judah and Carey, along with their 4 kids continue to seek and follow God’s voice as He leads them and Thrive Church into His amazing plan.

Mark Maraglino

Operations Pastor

Mark and his wife Lydia have been with Thrive Church since 2015. He joined the team in 2021 as our Operations Pastor. His role keeps all the campuses running smoothly and helps keep us all connected and moving forward together.

Lenny Salgado

Assistant Pastor

Lenny has been attending Thrive Church since it was founded in October 2014. He came on staff as Associate Pastor in 2017 and in 2020 took over the Campus Pastor position at our New Britain Campus along with his wife Kirsten. Lenny is the go-to guy! He’s at every campus, assisting the other team leaders and ensuring that all our campus’s have what they need to serve their people.
