Our goal is to lead people to connect with God through energetic, hope inspiring music.
Connecting with God through music and praising Him is an amazing experience.
We see it so many times in the scriptures about how important it is to sing (or play) for God. If you have a musical gift, we’d love for you to try and see if the Thrive Band is a good fit for you!
Our goal is to help you grow in your abilities to better honor God with them while leading our people in inspiring praise.

Meet Rachel Varanelli
Rachel was a part of Thrive’s launch team at the very beginning. She served with the Band and took on the role of worship director in 2015. She along with her husband Chris have been serving at Thrive faithfully while raising their three children.
